Ambassador Butenis congratulates Lankan Coast Guard Lieutenant Commander

US Ambassador to Sri Lanka and the Maldives Patricia Butenis welcomed Sri Lankan Coast Guard Lieutenant Commander (LCDR) Rohan Joseph to the Embassy to congratulate him on being the Honour Graduate for the International Maritime Officers Course (IMOC) at the US Coast Guard Training Centre.

LCDR Joseph was selected out of 33 students from 25 countries for best exemplifying the core values of leadership, professionalism, integrity and diplomacy throughout his training. With his 17 years of experience, LCDR Joseph readily shared his insight and knowledge with fellow students and instructors and his attitude, motivation, and performance during the course were exceptional.
