Ameer Ali takes oath as MP

Former Eastern Provincial Councillor Ameer Ali of the All Ceylon Muslim Congress (ACMC) was sworn in as a UPFA national list MP yesterday. Ali was appointed to fill the seat made vacant by the resignation of former UPFA MP A.H.M. Azwer.
