The first high altitude training centre for the Sri Lanka Army was declared open yesterday in Pinduruthalagala by Army Commander Daya Ratnayake. It is also the first such training centre to be opened in Sri Lanka and situated on top of the Pithuruthalagala Mountain, the highest point in the country
