CBK to deliver lecture on ‘Absence of War is not Peace’

Former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunge is billed to address at the 38th S.J.V. Chelvanayakam Q.C. Memorial Lecture on the theme ‘Absence of War is not Peace’. The memorial lecture is scheduled to be held at Bambalapitiya New Kathiresan Hall on 25 April at 5 p.m. presided over by Ilankai Tamil Arasu Kadchi (Federal Party) Colombo District Branch President Attorney-at-Law K.V. Thavarasa. TNA President R. Sampanthan M.P. and ITAK President Mavai Senathirajah M.P. will grace their presence.
