CC approves Surasena as Court of Appeal Judge

High Court Judge Preethi Padman Surasena was approved by the Constitutional Council as a Judge of the Court of Appeal on Wednesday.

He was recommended by President Maithripala Sirisena and the Council chaired by the Speaker Karu Jayasuriya gave their approval at the weekly assembly at Parliament premises. (CG)
