Chief of the Indian Air Force calls on Secretary Defence

The Chief of the Air Staff of the Indian Air Force (IAF), Air Chief Marshal Arup Raha, who arrived in the country leading a high level military delegation called on Secretary Defence and Urban Development Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Ministry premises on Wednesday.

During the meeting a cordial discussion was held between the two high ranking officials on the areas of bilateral military cooperation and mutual interests. Mementoes were also exchanged between Rajapaksa and Air Chief Marshal Raha to mark the occasion. Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kolitha Gunathilake and other members of the delegation were present at the occasion.
