The Journalism Diploma Holders Organisation of the University of Colombo organised ‘Colombo Media Night’ at the Lions Activity Centre Colombo recently. The organisers honoured and presented mementos to Prof. J.B. Dissanayake, Veteran Journalist Edwin Ariyadasa, Dr. Kumara Hirimburegama and Prof. Kamal Waleboda. President of the Association Rajitha Senanayake presented a memento to the chief guest Minister of Mass Media and Parliamentary Affairs Gayantha Karunathilaka. Vice President Kumudu Jinadasa, Secretary Marshad Barry, Chief Organiser Provincial Councillor Vijayapala Hettiarachchi, members of the organisation and media personnel were also present – Pix by Ruzaik Farook
