Conference of Sri Lankan Malays (COSLAM) organised Malay Language Day and distributed awards to the winners of ‘Hari Bahasa Melayu’ competitions. It also felicitated Malay achievers at the New Town Hall, Colombo recently. The Chief Guest High Commissioner of Malaysia in Sri Lanka Azmi Zainuddin and Guest Speaker Former Minister of Mass Communication Imtiaz Bakeer Markar distributed awards to the winners and achievers. DIG M.R. Latiff, Major General M.Z.R. Sallay, Kalabooshana Ruffin Saldin, COSLAM President T.K. Azoor and members were also present.
