The Colombo High Court (HC) yesterday issued summons on former Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa and former Director General of Divi Naguma Department Kingsley Ranawaka on the case regarding alleged financial fraud at Divi Naguma Department.
They are accused of misappropriating Rs 26 million of the Divi Naguma fund and were ordered to appear in court on 10 March 2016, by High Court Judge Padmini N. Ranawaka.
