The Sri Lankans in the United Kingdom held a demonstration against the controversial Darusman report on Monday, in front of the office of the British Prime Minister.
Several hundreds of Sri Lankan patriots participated in the demonstration and shouted slogans condemning the Darusman report and demanded the British Government to rescind their support to the pro-tiger terrorist elements in Britain.
At the end of the demonstration, the demonstrators submitted a petition with 10,000 signatures to the British Prime Minister David Cameron. Another significant event was handing over of five books containing records of massacres carried out by the LTTE Tiger Terrorists since 1975 up to May 19, 2009 and the colossal damage they caused to the Sri Lankan Economy during this period. The publications contained 1700 printed pages.
