Mohan Lal Grero assumed duties amidst the chanting of religious observances by Bhikkus and other clergy yesterday as the new Deputy Minister of Education at the Ministry of Education, Battaramulla.
Grero is a graduate of the University of Moratuwa, with Bs.c Engineering (Hons) and Executive Diploma Holder in Business Administration from the University of Colombo.
He has a distinguished career in the field of education over 30 years. Grero completed his primary and secondary education at Royal College, Colombo and Ananda College, Colombo respectively.
