First flag of World Youth Skills Day pinned on President

The first flag of the World Youth Skills Day – 2015 was pinned on President Maithripala Sirisena by Minister of Skill Development and Vocational Training Piyasena Gamage yesterday (15 July) at the President’s Official Residence.
