Former State Trading Corporation (STC) Chairman Pradeep Gunawardane was yesterday questioned by the Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID) over an alleged financial irregularity at STC during his tenure.
Police Spokesman Ruwan Gunasekara said the irregularity, running into Rs. 2 billion, had occurred in relation to rice and milk powder imports.
