Four remanded for unruly behavior at Homagama court

Four people arrested for unruly behavior at the Homagama court have been remanded till 9 February.

The four were among a group of people, including several monks, who confronted the police and jumped into the court premises when Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) General Secretary Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thero was arrested and produced in court last week. The Homagama Magistrate had ordered the police to arrest all those who behaved in an unruly manner inside the court premises and near the gate. (Colombo Gazette)
