GOPIO bids farewell to Indian envoy Kantha

The Sri Lankan Chapter of Global Organisation for People of Indian Origin (GOPIO) recently held a farewell party for Ashok K. Kantha, High Commissioner for India in Sri Lanka and Sharmila Kantha. Kaushik Udeshi, President of GOPIO (Sri Lanka), presented a memento to Kantha. The farewell dinner was held at the Galadari Hotel and was attended by GOPIO members and well wishers of the Indian High Commission.
