Grade 5 Scholarship Exam on Sunday

The Grade 5 scholarship examination commences on Sunday, 21 February. About 321,000 candidates are to sit for the exam which will be held at 3,777 examination centres throughout the country.

The Commissioner General of Examinations Anura Edirisinghe said that parents should make their children to focus special attention on writing their Index Number and the Examination Centre on the answer sheets. Parents are not allowed to meet or talk to the candidates during the interval of the examination. They should therefore provide everything needed by the candidates before they enter the Examination Hall.
