Assunnah Trust Sri Lanka, a popular Dawah organisation which spreads peace, unity and love, are organisers of the upcoming biggest Meelad conference in Sri Lanka.
The upcoming month signifies Rabiul Awwal which is known for the birth of the Prophet Muhammed (may peace and blessings be upon him) and this conference goes in the same theme which is titled ‘Seerathul Musthafa’ and will be based on the life history of Prophet Muhammed (may peace and blessings be upon him) such as his blessed birth, his youth life, prophecy and miracles and the Wafath Sheriff, (may peace and blessings be upon him).
There will be local as well as international speakers at the event such as Hafiz Aalim Abdul Qader Mahlai from Kayalpatnam India, Aalim Seyed Alavi Moulana al Mursi-Khaleefa Shadhili, Hafiz Ehsan Qadiri Razavi, Hazrath Musnad Sufiyan Musthafavi and Ahmed Inthikab Naqshbandi.
The conference will be held on 5 January 2014 from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. at the SDS Jayasinghe Hall, Dehiwala. Separate arrangements will be done for ladies as well. For more information contact 0717101117.
