Harsha meets Singapore speaker

Attending the 24th Commonwealth Parliamentary Seminar in Singapore, Dr. de Silva met with the Singapore Parliament Speaker Halimah Yacob and discussed matters of mutual interest recently. The Seminar is a regular event of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association and this year some 50 Members of Parliament from the Commonwealth are currently meeting at the Singapore Parliament to exchange ideas to improve the legislative process within the Commonwealth and also how to improve constituency work.
