NEW DELHI, INDIA:  India’s parliamentary affairs minister Kamal Nath said the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance government is ‘perfectly stable’ after regional key ally Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) pulled out of ruling coalition in protest against the government’s position on a UN resolution on war crimes in Sri Lanka.

“The government is perfectly stable and there is nothing to be tackled. We are considering any consultations as to what would be our next step with regard to the demands raised by DMK. But not withstanding that, the government is perfectly stable and there is no problem at all,” said Nath. (Reuters)
