The Indian High Commission said yesterday that IVS Global has been appointed as the new service provider for accepting applications for visa, passport, OCI and consular services from the public from 2 September 2013 onwards.
This will be applicable within the consular jurisdiction of the High Commission of India in Colombo, Consulate General of India in Jaffna and the Assistant High Commission of India in Kandy.
Henceforth, applications will be received at these addresses:
Application submission time: 0830 to 1400 hours
Passport/document collection time: 1630 to 1730 hours
The IVS office in Colombo will be located at 129, Philip Gunawardena Mawatha, Colombo 4 (Tel: 112559442); in Jaffna, at 145, Temple Road, Jaffna (Tel: 0212222231) and in Kandy at 281, D.S. Senanayake Veediya, Kandy (Tel: 081 2237999).
