Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan Seiji Kihara met Senior Adviser to the President Milinda Moragoda in Colombo recently. Vice-Minister Kihara arrived in Sri Lanka on 9 May 2014 to further strengthen the long-standing ties between Japan and Sri Lanka. During his visit, Kihara met President Mahinda Rajapaksa and other Government officials to explore new avenues of bilateral cooperation between the two countries
