Justice Lalith Udaya Jayasuriya sworn in as Appeal Court Judge

High Court Justice Lalith Udaya Jayasuriya was sworn in as a Judge of Appeal Court last week, before President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat.  Secretary to the President P.B. Abeykoon was also present at this occasion.
