Korean embassy to donate 50 digital pianos

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Sri Lanka announced a plan to donate 50 digital pianos as part of its art promotion program to children’s welfare institutions. Those who wish to benefit from this donation, please send an application to the Embassy by 10 February, including the info of the institution with photos and explaining how the piano will help the activities of children. After careful screening, the Embassy will select the most suitable institutions and contact. Under the guidance of Ambassador Arjuna Jongmoon Choi, the Korean Embassy has donated 3,000 digital pianos in the past years and he expressed his wish that music renders happy childhood to underprivileged children in Sri Lanka. Applications can be mailed to No. 98 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7 or via email on [email protected].
