Kumar Gunaratnam sentenced to one year in jail and fined

Frontline Socialist Party politburo member Kumar Gunaratnam was today sentenced to one year in jail for violation of immigration laws.

He was also imposed a fine of Rs. 50,000. Gunaratnam was sentenced by the Kegalle Magistrate’s court today. (Colombo Gazette)
