The legality of the case filed against former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa has been challenged in court.
Objections were filed at the Colombo Magistrate’s Court yesterday when the case into the Avant Garde floating armoury was heard.
Former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa also appeared in court for the hearing.
The Bribery and Corruption Commission had filed the case against Rajapaksa and the former Directors of Avant Garde. (Colombo Gazette)
