Liberal Democracy Seminar

The Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats (CALD) held their General Assembly at the Galle Face Hotel yesterday (9). The Assembly was conducted under the theme “The Populist Challenge to Liberal Democracy”. Prof. Rajiva Wijesingha was the Chair of the CALD and Minister of Justice Rauff Hakeem delivered the Key Note Address
