Media Guide presented to the President

Senior Journalist Dharman Wickremaratne presented the first copy of the latest issue of the Media Guide of Sri Lanka to President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat Colombo.  It is the 10th updated edition of the Media Guide – Sri Lanka’s National Media Directory – which Wickremaratne has been publishing since 2000.

  He has also authored around 50 books on environmental and media education. The President welcomed the Media Guide as a timely step to meet the needs of the media and the public.  Secretary to the President Lalith Weeratunge and former Commissioner General of Examinations Gunapala Wickremaratne, father of editor/author, were also present
