Medin Full Moon Poya Day fell yesterday. On this day, many significant events, relating to the life and times of the Buddha, took place. People engaged in many religious ceremonies, activities, including alms giving, observing the eight precepts, some ten precepts and meditation. Many devotees made sacrifices yesterday at the religious ceremonies held at Bellanvila Rajamamha Viharaya
