Mohan Peiris goes to the police

Chief Justice Mohan Peiris yesterday filed a complaint with the police, alleging that he was threatened by a group of people last night. Police Spokesperson SSP Ajith Rohana said that the Chief Justice had lodged the complaint alleging that the group including Provincial Councilor Azath Sally had threatened him to resign from his post immediately. “We will investigate into the complaint,” SSP Rohana said.(Colombo Gazette)
