Nihal addresses international conference on corruption in Karachi

Public interest activist and litigant Nihal Sri Ameresekere was recently invited to address an international conference on corruption, organised by the Law Faculty of the Hamdard University, Karachi, Pakistan. He delivered a speech on ‘Entrepreneurial Vision on Corruption and the Global Mandate.’ His impressive speech was well received.

Judges, lawyers, civil servants, crime investigators, anti-corruption activists, academics, civil society and students of law of the Hamdard University, Karachi had been among the very large gathering of participants at this international conference held at the Marriot Hotel, Karachi, Pakistan, at which several foreign experts on investigating and combating corruption spoke.  

Also at this conference, Nihal had presented his series of 12 books on fraud and corruption, economic crime, public finance, governance and rule of law to the law faculty of the Hamdard University, which were received on behalf of the Hamdard University by retired Justice Nasir Aslam Zahid.
