Opening of University not in Prince Charles agenda

The British High Commission yesterday denied state media reports that Prince Charles will inaugurate the new University of Central Lancashire campus during his upcoming visit to Colombo. In a brief statement the High Commission said: “While it is aware of media reports that he will attend the event, it is not, and nor has it been, a part of the Prince’s program.”
