President Mahinda Rajapaksa and his delegation have left Kuwait yesterday after taking part in the first ever Asia Cooperation Dialogue held in Kuwait on October 16-17.
The President was seen off at the airport by the head of the accompanying mission of honor, Kuwaiti Ambassador to Sri Lanka Yaqoub Yousef Al-Ateeqi, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) said.
During the two-day event, the President had met with several Asian leaders including Prime Minister of Pakistan Raja Pervez Ashraf, Prime Minister of Thailand Yingluck Shinawatra and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
