Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe on Sunday toured several areas in Kolonnawa

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe on Sunday toured several areas in Kolonnawa which were impacted by last month’s floods, to check the well being of victims and progress of relief measures. The Government will be completing the payment of Rs. 10,000 per family this week and a further grant of Rs. 25,000 later on in addition to several other relief measures announced. Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake and MP S.M. Marrikar were associated with the Prime Minister during this tour.
