Private secy. wants to meet Fonseka

Captain Senaka Silva, the Private Secretary of former Army Commander Sarath Fonseka, has requested court permission to meet with Fonseka.

Silva’s lawyers have reportedly requested the Colombo High Court for him to meet with Fonseka to discuss issues related to his political activities as Silva is Fonseka’s Secretary.  

The State Counsel had objected to the request stating the High Court could not grant permission as Silva was granted bail by the Appeal Court.
