Radhika to deliver the prestigious Grotius Lecture in Washington

Dr. Radhika Coomaraswamy has been asked by the American Society of International Law and the International Law Association to deliver the prestigious Grotius Lecture at the Annual General Meeting of the American Society of International Law at the Ronald Reagan Building. Washington, D.C. on 9 April. The title of her lecture will be ‘Women and Children – The Cutting Edge of International Law’. Radhika has served as the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General with regard to both to children and armed conflict and violence against women.
