Rajitha’s case sent to Magistrate’s Court

Colombo High Court Judge Lalith Jayasuriya yesterday ordered the Magistrate’s Court to submit a report after hearing the case filed through a Habeas Corpus petition against Minister of Health Rajitha Senaratne, his wife and the younger son on charges of abducting an underage girl. All the parties of the case agreed to the Magistrate’s Court hearing. The Judge ordered the complainant party to report the progress of the hearing on 3 June.
