SriLankan secures lost valuables for Kuwaiti passenger

A bag containing valuables, left behind by a passenger travelling from Singapore to Colombo on UL 303 was found and returned to its owner thanks to the efforts of a vigilant staff member.

The incident occurred on 2 January 2017, when a Kuwaiti national had accidentally left behind his bag containing foreign currency worth $ 11,400, 19,290 Baht, 210 Malaysian Ringgit, 5 Kuwaiti Dinar, credit cards, an ATM card, a driving licence and a Kuwait ID card.

It was returned to the passenger under the effective ‘lost and found’ policy of the airline.
