Tamil Media Alliance, Sivan Foundation organise ‘Media and Information Rights Act 2016’ seminar

Tamil Media Alliance and Sivan Foundation organised a full day seminar on the topic of ‘Media and Information Rights Act 2016’ held at the Women Research Institute Centre, Colombo 6 recently, where 40 Tamil medium journalists participated. These events were held under the patronage of the Attorney-at-Law Senior Journalist Dr. Chandrika Subramaniyam. Sivan Foundation Director Ganeswaran Welayathuam, Sunday Thinakkural Editor Bharthi, Virakesari Daily Editor S. Srikajan and senior journalist N. Niksan participated and distributed certificates to the journalists.
