The Marga Institute and Consortium of Humanitarian Agencies (CHA) on Friday launched a book titled “The last stages of the war in Sri Lanka” at BMICH. Here the first copy handed over to Sri Lankan who became the first Asian born elected as a conservative member of the European Parliament Niranjan Joseph De Silva Deva Aditya.
