Thilanga Sumathipala Foundation assists elders

Under the theme of ‘Wedihiti Diriya’, a special event was organised by the Thilanga Sumathipala Foundation on the occasion of Elders’ Day. 1,500 plastic chairs and 300 crutches were distributed to 70 elders’ societies in the Homagama Pradeshiya Secretariat Division. State Minister of Highways Dilan Perera participated as the Chief Guest at the event, which was held at the Homagama Central College.
