Three nabbed with Rs. 38.4 m worth Walla-Patta at BIA

Two Indian and a Sri Lankan passenger were arrested by airport customs with three bags containing 48 kg of Walla-Patta valued at Rs. 38.4 million attempted to be taken out of Chinnai, India yesterday. Investigations are being carried out by Deputy Director of Customs (Bio Diversity, Cultural and National Heritage Protection) Samantha Gunasekara, Deputy Suptdt.  of Customs Nisahantha Jayasinha, Asst.
