Three new justices to the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka were sworn in on Wednesday before President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
President of the Court of Appeal Justice Sisira J. De Abrew, Justice Sarath De Abrew and President’s Counsel Priyantha Samarakoon were sworn in before the President as Supreme Court Judges at Temple Trees.
Secretary to the President Lalith Weeratunga and President’s Counsels D.S. Wijesinghe, Arthur Samarasekera, Ikram Mohamed and Senaka Walgampaya were also present at the occasion.
