The UN Secretary General’s Envoy on Youth Ahamed Alhendawi, who is in Sri Lanka, met with the UN Country Team, the UN Communications Group and the Youth Mechanism Group of the United Nations Development Assistance Framework. Alhendawi discussed the development of youth policy in Sri Lanka and the meaningful involvement of youth in the United Nations and issues that concerns to young people.
