US Charge d’ Affairs calls on State Defence Minister

The US had talks with State Minister of Defence Ruwan Wijewardene at the Defence Ministry in Colombo yesterday, the Defence Ministry said.
Discussions took place when the Charge d’ Affaires of the US Embassy in Sri Lanka Andrew Mann paid a courtesy call on Wijewardene.
During the meeting, cordial discussions were held on matters of bilateral importance and mutual relevance.
Wijewardene presented a memento to Mann to mark the occasion.
