He said all the religious leaders and parents were happy to conduct this program and hope FOR its continuation. The program has already been successfully completed in the Trincomalee and Jaffna Districts.
A CSR project of Lanka IOC, the program has already provided a nurturing environment with free health camps, a donation of an ambulance, wheel chairs, free spectacles, donation of essential medicines to poor patients and donation of blood etc. The program also provides education assistance to uplift underprivileged children focusing on long term development of the country.
Lanka IOC Managing Director Subodh Dakwale, Professor Ranjith Bandara and Tilak Silva of Cosmopolitan Learning Academy also spoke at the media conference.
