Zahira Old Boys felicitate new envoy to Palestine

The Old Boys Association of Zahira College Colombo felicitated distinguished Old Boys and the newly appointed Ambassador to Palestine Fawzan Anver, at the college’s swimming pool auditorium recently. The event was held under the patronage of the school’s principal Trizvi Marikkar.

OBA President Riza Abdeen praised Anver for his contribution to the college.

Ambassador Anver said in his speech that Zahira College was improving daily, especially due to the efforts of Board of Governors Chairman Fowzul Hameed. He said that he would help the school in the future in whatever way he could.

Principal Markkkar presented a memento to Anver on behalf of the OBA.

Former Principal Professor M.T.A. Furkhan, Vice Principals and members of the OBA were present at this ceremony.
