I read in your newspaper of 8 February that Dr. Harsha de Silva has recently praised Governor Cabraal on some issues of the macro management of Sri Lanka’s economy.  Now, that is the time for the Governor to watch out! In my view, he must quickly step back and do a review of any recent interventions made in the economic fundamentals, possibly at the behest of the IMF and Western thinking.
