Employing Emotional Intelligence

The 11th program in the Smart Manager series by The Management Club together with Russell Kerkoven, was held at the Hotel Galadari on 15 November.

Kerkoven addressed the gathering of around 40 participants and explained the importance of Emotional Intelligence in workplaces. He went on to say how success becomes dependent on one’s ability to communicate and influence others. Participants were educated as to how to develop strong relationships, solve problems, maintain an optimistic and positive outlook, respond to difficult people and situations calmly and thoughtfully, respond to change with grace and optimism and many more useful points. The program was concluded at around 7 p.m. after a lively interactive session taken part by all enthusiastic participants.
