The Management Club (TMC), under its corporate partnership program renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KPMG Sri Lanka as Knowledge Partner. The event took place at KPMG Sri Lanka, Head Office, Colombo 3, on 21 August, 2023. The MoU will be valid for two years, from 3 August 2023 to 2 August 2025.
The MoU was officially signed by TMC President Kaushal Rajapaksa, and KPMG Sri Lanka Managing Partner Priyanka Jayatilake. It was witnessed by the TMC President Emeritus Fayaz Saleem, Vice President – Administration Roger Talayaratne, Vice President Finance Chandima Hulangamuwa, Corporate Fundraising Dr. Chatura Wijesuriya and KPMG Principal - Deal Advisory, Head of Advisory, Deputy Head of Markets Shiluka Goonewardene and Partner - Head of Management Consulting, Deputy Head of Advisory and PPC, Functional Head of KTS, Kamaya Perera.
KPMG Sri Lanka Managing Partner Priyanka Jayatilaka said the last three years have been a challenge to stage knowledge programs due to first, the COVID pandemic and soon after the economic chaos. The president of the TMC BOM, in agreement indicated TMC’s desire to re-commence such programs across the country. Fayaz Saleem, informed the management of KPMG about the inauguration of TMC Jaffna and proposed the launch of TMC Kandy soon. He said that two knowledge programs had already been conducted for the members of Jaffna, and their guests.
