Quality and productivity are two components that are essential for organisation and even for a country for sustainable growth-infused development. Key similar attributes in developed countries are the high quality and services and the high productivity ratios that they maintain in industry and commerce.

The Sri Lanka Association for the Advancement of Quality and Productivity, the premier driving force in this regard, has a mission of improving the country’s productivity levels to be on par with other developed countries and position itself as the ‘Wonder of Asia’.
